Fox & Co undertake all saniflo sales, repairs, installations and cleaning. 

For general repairs we charge a £45.00 callout fee and £65.00 per hour. We have a minimum charge per visit of £110.00, if we have to return for any reason, there is no additional callout charge, only the hourly rate, providing the return visit is to do with the original repair.

We also operate a standard labour charge of £195.00 for a callout, inspection and if the unit is beyond economic repair, the fitting of a replacement macerator. This charge is for a simple replacement without any additional works required to extract or install the appliance.

No matter how smelly or blocked up your unit is Fox and Co can quickly vacuum the foul smelling liquids away in order to gain access to the macerator and carry out an effective repair. Work areas are sanitized after completion of works and an air-freshener used to eradicate any remaining odours.

We also offer a complete cleaning service for those macerators which have been in use for some time and have become clogged up or smelly when flushed. For a fee of £195.00 we will visit your property to remove the macerator and return it to our work unit where it will be descaled and the insides given a thorough power wash to remove all deposits. On completion of the cleaning process we will return to your property and refit the macerator. Additional charges may be made if the macerator is built in, behind a covering, tiled in, or if it is necessary to remove the toilet in order to remove the macerator.

We are also able to work on macerators which have been boxed in and tiled by cutting an access panel via the grouting, Once the repair is completed the access panel is replaced and siliconed into position, thereby causing no damage to the tiles and providing an access panel for any future forays.

There is a minimum surcharge of £75.00 for the removal and refitting of a toilet or the jig-sawing of an access point within a boxed in or tiled area in order to replace a macerator. These charges do not include the cost of the replacement unt. There are also additional costs if the job address is outside the N & NW postcodes.
