Muswell Hill is apparently full of singles who have put careers before love. While the affluent folk of N10 might have a dream job and a dream house they are unlikely to have found their dream love!

Well, that's what match-maker Brian Lonis reckons and to prove his point, he is opening a singles bar to hopefully remedy the situation.

He said: "There is nowhere appropriate for people over 30 to go. There are a lot professional people about, so people are staying single for much longer. They press on with their careers. But when they want to meet someone, where do they go?"

Mr Lonis is opening Singles Solution at Sam's Bar, Fortis Green, next month (May) and he hopes to organise boat trips and dinner parties to help singles find love. Mr lonis will make sure women who visit the bar are introduced to everyone else.
