| Equipment Failure |
In the event of an appliance, shower or bathroom failure the owners shall be under no obligation to arrange emergency repairs and no repairs are to authorized by anyone renting the cottage. The cottage has 3 toilets, 3 wash-basins, 2 showers (1 electric & 1 tank fed) and 1 bath and two means of heating the hot water, plus a gas fire in the living room, so in the unlikely event of a failure it is taken for granted that the person/s renting the cottage will notify the owners and make use of the other facilities. The owners will of course endeavour to have the repair carried at the earliest opportunity but cannot guarantee this will be during the course of your stay. Such a failure will not be suitable grounds for a partial refund. |
