Security Deposit
A security deposit is required to ensure compliance with the Terms and Conditions of the holiday let and for our peace of mind as the cottage is used by ourselves as well and is therefore equipped to a much higher standard than one would normally expect to find in the rental market.

The security deposit is due when the holiday is paid in full. The security deposit is held for 15 days after a guests departure, or where applicable, until phone bills have cleared and the cottage checked. All or part of the security deposit may be used for any breakage or damage, long-distance calls or internet connections or for any incidence of non-compliance with the rental contract (this may include cleaning costs).

We are pleased to say so far it has not been necessary to make a single deduction from guests deposits.
